Duties and Responsibilities: Radiation therapists operate machines called linear accelerators, which are used to deliver radiation therapy.These machines are used for high-energy x rays at specific cancer cells in a patient's body, shrinking or removing them.
Salary: A radiation therapist gets payed about (annual): $77,560 (hourly): $37.29
Education: In order to become a radiation therapist you will need educational wise is a Associate's degree.
Refection: I would like to become a Radiation Therapist. Why?, because it seems very interesting to me and its at a hospital and i always wanted to work at a hospital. I would especially like to work with kids as well.
